AHEAD’s Prerana – Journey from Teacher to Guru is a program for the eternal learner/ student hidden within each teacher. The teacher enrichment sessions draw the attention of the faculty members to the person one is. The demands of the teaching profession ask for a holistic development of teachers. Apart from being the subject matter experts that they already are, teachers also must develop themselves to be the role model, inspiring personality that each student looks up to. This is the main theme of “Prerana” journey from Teacher to Guru.
In this advanced faculty development program, teachers are taken from a basic awareness of holistic development to methods of integration. Concepts like Panchamukhi Shikshana are introduced to the participating faculty. These concepts elevate the level of teaching and also helps them develop the Learner Centric Approach in line with NEP 2020
