The Motivational session workshop was conducted in School Of Ancient Wisdom, Devanahalli, Bangalore, on 18th Nov 2022. The session was coordinated by Prakash Academy, Bangalore. Parimala Murthy and Pradeep Nataraj conducted the session which was facilitated by Kamakshi murthy from Prakash academy.
This session was conducted in two groups. The first group were the administration team from Rashtrotthana CBSE schools across Karnataka. Around 45 to 50 participants from 9 schools were present. The objective of this session was team building and working with more enthusiasm, integrity, honesty and values.
The sessions were interactive and participants were very enthusiastic. The session started post lunch. Due to this, we had a challenge of keeping the participants active. So, we planned all the sessions on activity and game based. Parallely after this, we had an hour session for the teachers.
They also took non academic subjects such as music, computer science, yoga etc. Around 95 teachers attended the session. We took for them the results of social leadership and responsibility. Also we made them to work for Motivating the students in overall development of their personality.
This was very well received by the entire team and AHEAD will look forward to have such sessions in future to implement what we had learnt in the backend workplace.
