- AHEAD conducted Teachers (Journey from Teacher to Guru- Level 1,Prerana) workshop on 13th May, 2023 at DAV Public School,Bengaluru.
- Around 35 teachers actively participated in the session.
- A unique factor that strike us was from the beginning of the session till the end, the Director of the institute, Shradha madam was with the team for all the programs.
- The Principal Malini madam also participated very actively.
- The teachers had a wonderful mindset. They were very interactive all over the session.
- Parimala Murthy, Rajesh Kongovi, Thimmanna Bhatt and Bhargav were resource persons on behalf of AHEAD.
- An icebreaker session were also included followed by Yoga for teachers.
- The next session were more on the reflective side, Teachers as a role model.
- We also had quiz based on the new national education policy (NEP),experiential learning and Indian knowledge systems. This was an audio-video round.
- The session concluded with the four important aspects that a teacher has to have to move towards a guru – having the right knowledge system, character & moral values, relationship with students and the communication system with the entire society
